Curtain Tracks, Rods and Curtain Tape

There is no limit to the length of curtain track we can supply, however additional shipping charges may apply for lengths longer than 400cm.  If you would like a quote for a longer curtain track (or with track specifications not available on our website), please complete our Curtain Hardware Quote Form online.

Our Clear Wave Tape for S-Fold works off DOUBLE fullness in your curtain.  That means the length of your heading tape should be approximately twice the length of your track or rod.  View our Clear Wave Tape Guide here for more information.

Yes.  We can custom bend most of tracks at a 100mm, 150mm and 250mm radius without affecting the smooth operation of your curtain. The customer is responsible for supplying all dimensions including the precise angle of the bend.  Additional charges apply for custom bending which includes the machine work, custom-built packaging and shipping of these orders. Yes!  We have extensive, long-standing trade relationships in the home decorating industry and can supply almost anything for you at our competitive prices.  If you are after a specific product that you have seen in your travels don’t hesitate to ask us via our Contact Page.

Unfortunately we do not manufacture using fabric that has not been sourced directly from our selected suppliers.  We have long-standing and highly reliable trade relations with our fabric suppliers and workrooms and this enables us to guarantee the quality of our products.  Using fabric that has not been carefully handled exclusively by Decorators Market and/or our trade partners can blur the lines of accountability should any unexpected issues arise with the fabric during or after manufacturing.

Cuttings vary in size according to the discretion of the supplier.  Unfortunately Decorators Market can not guarantee the size or content of the cutting.  Every effort is made to ensure cuttings contain all colours featured in the design pattern, however this is not always possible with very large patterns.

The minimum cut length of fabric is 1m.  Cut lengths will be supplied to the nearest metre.

The pattern repeat is the number of times the pattern repeats itself either horizontally or vertically. It is important to consider the size of your pattern repeat when calculating your fabric needs.

Fabric is produced in ‘dyelots’ and it’s important to have the same  dyelot number to ensure colours match exactly.  There can be shade variances between different batches and dyelots.

The billing address and the shipping do not need to be the same.  Further delivery instructions can be provided at the time of order. Please note that only fabric samples can be delivered to a PO Box. A home or business shipping address must be supplied for all other products, such as curtains, blinds, fabric, curtain rods & tracks.

We strongly recommend getting a stock check immediately prior to placing your order.  Fabric stock levels are continually fluctuating and can change minute-to-minute.  While Decorators Market is committed to ensuring our collection is entirely up to date, some products can become discontinued without notice.  If you have submitted an order and your goods are not in stock we will email you advising you of a revised delivery date.  We will also give you the option to re-select or refund if the revised delivery date is not acceptable.

You will receive an order confirmation email from Decorators Market immediately after placing your order.

As we are an online store, customers cannot pick up or return Goods from our our offices as must go through a shipping carrier.

Please contact Decorators Market if you require the good to be shipped to a location outside Australia. Goods being shipped overseas are not included within our free shipping policy and additional shipping costs will apply.

If you believe there is a fault with your product/s please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order via our Contact Page and we will be happy to help. We stand by the quality of our products and workmanship so if a product is faulty we will offer to repair, replace or refund your goods.

We recommend that you check your order thoroughly as soon as it are received and notify Decorators Market immediately of any issues.  Decorators Market reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or replacement if goods have been used, cut, washed or altered in any way.

Please note: some fabrics and wallpapers contain inherent irregularities, particularly those that are hand-made and contain natural materials such as linen or silk.  Any irregularities of weaves, discolouring or dye lot variations are not flaws, but an inherent part of the natural fabric.  Decorators Market provides no guarantees for consistency of these products.

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange if you have a change of mind about your purchase for any reason including your colour choice. We strongly recommend ordering a sample prior to placing your order.  While every effort is made to photograph products as accurately as possible, some products may appear differently on your computer screen. Cutting swatches can not be returned or exchanged for a store credit. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions for more information.
